We have launched the automatic line for curing and marinating. The line was configured for a capacity 1500-1600 kg per hour in continuous operation mode on the product of chicken wings, thighs and fillets.
At the customer’s plant after massaging process, the product is intended for further processing - dry and wet breading, continuous frying and then shock freezing, packaging. The possible injection level is from 5 to 40 % depending of the line configuration.
The line is designed for continues work while minimizing the operating costs of the process.
